Refund & Return Policy – Jenvoras

At Jenvoras, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Items that have been worn or washed

• Items not in original condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect football jersey, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
